TDS reflects total dissolved solids in water, in ppm. Generally, lower output TDS means purer water. RO output TDS is typically below 50ppm. A sudden TDS rise may indicate filter failure or source water change.
2. How to View TDS Monitoring
1. User Side
In the WeChat mini-program device detail, users view real-time TDS, water volume, and filter life. The system proactively pushes alerts on TDS anomalies.
2. Maintenance Side (PC Backend / Service Mini-Program)
Brands and dealers view all device TDS in the PC backend or service mini-program, with multi-dimensional stats by device and region. Data aggregates to the Data Dashboard with TDS trend visualization.

1. Viewing Filter Status
The device detail page shows each filter's remaining life percentage. Filter life is calculated from water production and time, turning yellow near expiry.

- Filter expiry alert: Filter life exhausted, reminder to replace
- Idle no-production alert: Auto-warning after 15 days no production, preventing filter drying
- TDS anomaly alert: TDS exceeds threshold, prompting filter or source water check
3. Alert Handling
- Filter expiry: User orders replacement via mini-program, or contacts service for on-site visit
- Idle no-production: Remote flush or on-site production to activate
- TDS anomaly: Check filter failure or source water change; replace filter if needed
